What counts as a machine type?

The thing a customer books — “3 Tonne Excavator”, not each individual digger. If you have six of them, that is one machine type and six units. Units are unlimited on every plan.

Is the contractor app really branded as us?

Yes. Your name, your logo, your colours, published under your own developer account on the App Store and Google Play. We build it and hand it over; you own the listing.

Do you take a cut of our hires?

No. The monthly fee is the whole of it. Deposits and hire charges go through your own Stripe account, straight to you — we never touch the money.

What happens when the trial ends?

The card you gave at signup is charged for the first month. Nothing is taken during the fourteen days, and cancelling before the end costs nothing.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, and it is yours. Every yard has its own database. Ask and we will send you a dump of it, no argument and no exit fee.

What if we outgrow a plan mid-month?

Change plan from your dashboard and Stripe prorates it. Nothing stops working while you decide.

Do you do the identity checks as a separate product?

They used to be sold that way. They are now on every plan including Starter, because a yard letting a machine out to someone they have not checked is the problem we most wanted to fix.

We have three depots. Does that work?

Today, each depot would be its own yard with its own subscription. Proper multi-depot — one company, machines moving between sites, a view across the lot — is on the roadmap for Q2 2027. Talk to us if that is you; it changes what we build first.
