Can I use my own yard branding?
Yes. The contractor app supports your yard name, logo and colours. Branded contractor apps and custom domains are included from the Growth plan.
How do the apps install?
Contractors and drivers install to their home screen from a link. They open full-screen; app store listings are planned and are tracked on the roadmap.
Who makes the identity decision?
Your staff. The system analyses document evidence and puts the results and reasons in front of your team. It does not run DVLA or credit bureau checks.
What happens to my data?
Each yard has a separate database. Identity documents, signatures and condition photographs use private storage. You can request an export of your yard’s data.
